At the first plenary session and opening ceremony of the Sixth Session of the Seventh Municipal People's Congress held on February 25th, several foreign consular officials were invited to attend. They listened to the meeting through simultaneous interpretation headphones. However, there were no human interpreters present; instead, four screens in front of the consular officials displayed the meeting content translated into English in real-time, shifting many consuls' attention from the printed reports to the screens.

The consular officials were using Shenzhen's pioneering AI-based simultaneous interpretation software for government-level events during the 2025 NPC sessions—the InnAIO AI translation model incubated by Laihua Technology. According to reports, this software achieves a 98.6% accuracy rate in translating policy terms and responds in real-time within 0.5 seconds, building a "digital bridge" for interpreting NPC policies. Laihua Technology utilized "platform migration + interactive restructuring + vertical model" technology to achieve cross-terminal, high-precision, and zero-latency dissemination of meeting information.
