Return and Exchange Policy
Cooling-off Period
All purchases made on this website are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery. If the product is returned after this period (including weekends and public holidays), we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Returned items must be in brand-new condition (original packaging unopened; opening the box will void the new condition) and include all original accessories, packaging, documents, and materials. Otherwise, the return request may not be accepted.
For 3C products with included consumables/accessories, if the consumables/accessories have been opened or used, returns will not be accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect. If a return is still requested, the cost of the consumables and a refurbishment fee will be deducted. Please note this carefully when placing your order.
Return and Exchange Guidelines
As stipulated under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, this website offers a 7-day cooling-off period (not a trial period). Returned items must match the condition at the time of shipment and be fully packaged (including main unit, accessories, documentation, inner and outer packaging, and gifts). Please use the original packaging for shipment.
Items Not Eligible for the 7-Day Cooling-Off Period
- Perishable goods or goods with short shelf life, or goods nearing expiration at the time of contract termination.
- Customized goods based on consumer specifications.
- Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines.
- Audio/video products or computer software opened by the consumer (e.g., CDs, DVDs, VCDs, game discs).
- Digitized content not provided via physical media, or online services completed upon provision (with prior consent from the consumer).
- Personal hygiene products or consumables already opened (e.g., ink, toner cartridges).
Circumstances Where Returns/Exchanges Are Not Accepted
- The item was received more than 7 days ago.
- The product has been opened and shows no defects.
- Order errors due to personal mistakes (e.g., wrong model selected, malfunctioning device affecting consumable usage). Please confirm your order before purchase.
- Custom-made or personalized items, which are non-returnable.
- Intellectual property goods: books, software, games, point cards, or any items marked as non-returnable on the page.
- Consumables: ink, ribbons, toners, paper, floppy disks, MO disks, optical storage media, CPUs, memory modules, hard drives, printers (used with ink installed), memory cards, or cut-to-size consumables.
- Damaged packaging, removed seals, broken tags, stickers, or labels.
- Damage caused by improper use or human error (e.g., scratches, damage, writing, or stains on the product, packaging, or manual).
- Any inspection beyond normal scope resulting in loss, damage, or alteration of the product.
- Color variation due to screen display differences—this will not be considered a defect.
Return Procedure
- Returns must be made for the entire order; partial returns are not allowed, and the request must be made within the 7-day cooling-off period.
- The item must be in brand-new and complete condition, including all products, accessories, packaging, and accompanying documents.
- If the returned packaging is missing parts, damaged, or soiled, a restoration fee may be charged.
- If the protective film is removed, a 10% refurbishment fee will apply since the item can no longer be sold as new. Significant damage may result in rejection of the return.
- Shipping costs for returns and replacements are borne by the customer.
- Before returning an item, please contact customer service and explain the reason.
What If I Discover an Issue After the Cooling-Off Period?
If the issue is discovered after the 7-day return window, the product must be sent to the VRSTATE Customer Service Center for repair.
To protect your rights, please inspect the product within the 7-day period.
Refund Information
Once the returned item and relevant documents have been verified, the refund process will begin.
Refunds typically take 10–15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to complete.
